To make your refill experience easier, you can now contact us using this form to request a refill and have your supplements shipped or ready for pick up at a time that suits you. For urgent refills, please contact us directly.

We do not offer direct billing. You will receive a receipt upon payment with all the required information to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Yes, please fill out the above refill request form.
*If a number of months have passed since the last time you saw your doctor, and you decide you would like to re-start taking a product you were prescribed, you may require a followup with your doctors first, to ensure it is safe for you to continue taking certain products.

For simple clarification questions regarding a current treatment plan, you can email your doctor at clients@thenaturedoctors.ca. They will get back to you through email if you are looking for a yes/no answer.
If you need to speak with them about anything more involved, please book in for a phone/virtual consult.
If your matter is urgent and we are unable to schedule you with your doctor, there are several other practitioners who are available and we will do our best to book you in.
